About the Event

The Virginia Tech percussion students perform a free afternoon concert. Led by Dr. Annie Stevens, Associate Professor of Percussion, and Adam Clark, Instructor of Drumset, the Virginia Tech Percussion Studio is a vibrant, inclusive space for students with diverse musical interests. Recent alumni have been accepted to top graduate programs and prestigious summer festivals, and now hold high school and university teaching positions across the country. The Percussion Ensemble has performed at the Percussive Arts Society International Convention (PASIC) on multiple occasions, showcasing the studio’s excellence on a national stage. 
 

Visitors to the Blacksburg campus Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. will need to display a parking permit, utilize the ParkMobile app, pay the daily charge for a pass, or pay for parking using an hourly meter. A range of parking options can be found here.
 
All campus parking, including along Alumni Mall, requires a parking permit from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., unless otherwise noted by signage.
