Join the Virginia Tech Philharmonic Orchestra and the Virginia Tech Honor String Orchestra for an evening concert.

The Virginia Tech Philharmonic Orchestra is Virginia Tech's symphony orchestra, bringing together music majors and non-majors from across the university. The Virginia Tech Philharmonic performs both standard orchestral masterworks and music by underrepresented composers, maintaining a high standard of artistic achievement.

The Virginia Tech Honor String Orchestra Festival brings together outstanding high school string musicians from across the region. Through masterclasses and rehearsals with Virginia Tech's acclaimed string faculty, these students engage in an enriching musical experience that culminates in this special performance.

Visitors to the Blacksburg campus Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. will need to display a parking permit, utilize the ParkMobile app, pay the daily charge for a pass, or pay for parking using an hourly meter. A range of parking options can be found here.
